It is the only Italian mineral water whose bottle is entirely covered with a film (sleeve), whose purpose is to protect the content from light, while maintaining its properties and quality.

Unlike all other waters with similar healing properties, Lindos water is pleasant to taste, fresh, sparkling for the abundance of natural free carbon dioxide. The source of the Ausonia spring, the only one of its kind in Italy, can be visited by the public. It is accesses through a 50 meters long gallery excavated by hand between the 1920s and 1930s.

Naturally effervescent, Ausonia medium-mineral water, technically defined as “bicarbonate-alkaline-earthy”, flows drop by drop directly from the rocks. It is perhaps the most versatile of the Bognanco watts, with a distinct flavor but pleasing to the palate and not at all “salty”. Its effervescence, not too marked but still sufficiently present to avoid the “go flat” effect, harmoniously balances its delicate flavor, making Ausonia suitable for a good number of dishes: from first courses of fish, vegetables or white meat, to second courses of fish.
The ideal serving temperature is around 10-11 degree Celsius.

Thanks to the richness of bicarbonate (555 mg/L), Ausonia water stimulates gastric secretion, favoring digestive processes and reducing inappetence and heartburn. For these reasons it is advice as table water.

Chemical analysis:

Department of General Chemistry University of Pavia

Dissolved gases:

Free carbon dioxide at source CO<sub>2</sub> (mg/L): 1680[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”2_5″ _builder_version=”3.0.47″][et_pb_text _builder_version=”3.22.1″ text_font=”|300|||||||” text_text_color=”#000000″ header_font=”||||||||” header_2_text_color=”#ffffff” header_2_font_size=”22px” background_layout=”dark”]

Chemical-Physical determinations:

Source temperature (°C):

13.1

pH at source at 20 °C:

7.6

Electrical conductivity at 20 °C (S/cm):

873

Fixed residue at 180 °C (mg/L):

670

Dissolved substances in 1 L water (mg/L):

Magnesium (Mg2+):

105

Bicarbonates (HCO3–):

555

Silica (SiO2):

30

Sodium (NA+):

48

Potassium (K+):

6.9

Calcium (Ca2+):

28

Sulfates(SO42-):

142

Chlorides (Cl–):

21.4

Nitrates (NO3-):

0.5

Fluorides (F–):

0.3

Pavia, 12 January 2018

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=”1″ disabled_on=”off|off|off” admin_label=”FONTE GAUDENZIANA” module_id=”fonte-gaudenziana” _builder_version=”3.22.1″ background_color=”#DEDDE3″ custom_padding=”0px|0px|0|0px|false|false” collapsed=”on”][et_pb_row custom_padding=”30px|15px|15px|15px|false|false” _builder_version=”3.22.1″ background_color=”#e02b20″ border_radii=”|100px|100px||” box_shadow_style=”preset2″ box_shadow_color=”rgba(0,0,0,0.54)”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”3.0.47″][et_pb_text _builder_version=”3.19.15″ text_font=”|600|||||||” text_text_color=”#ffffff” text_text_shadow_style=”preset1″ header_font=”||||||||” header_2_text_color=”#ffffff” text_orientation=”right” custom_margin=”|||” custom_padding=”||”]

SPRING GAUDENZIANA

The natural mineral water from the Gaudenziana spring is microbiologically pure.
A Health Ministry authorization number 1324 as of 14.10.1972
It also keeps its characteristics unchanged in the bottle.
